Do you want to let go of something or make a change to your life?
Are you unsure which direction to take?
Do you want to feel more connected to yourself and the world around you?
If so, this 3-day transformational course on Dartmoor is designed for you.
For thousands of years our ancestors lived in harmony with nature - In our modern world of distraction we have forgotten that we are not separate from nature - we are nature.
Connect with nature, feel grounded, and discover yourself.
Through guided reflection, group sharing, and your own solo quest on the moor, you’ll have space to gain clarity, insight, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
Mark and Brendan facilitate this one-of-a-kind transformational course for men and women. It’s designed as a hero’s journey — a rite of passage that helps you explore personal identity, leave the “real world” behind, and connect more deeply with your true self. This is a serious journey; it requires readiness and intention.
Both are qualified BACP therapists with years of experience running courses on Dartmoor and have developed a profound connection with nature. They understand how nature communicates in metaphor and will create a safe space for you to explore, reflect, and connect on a deeper level.
The course combines group work and preparation with a solo quest in the wilderness from dawn to dusk. Mark and Brendan will then help you decode your experience, bringing insight, clarity, and deeper awareness to your life.

One day when the time is right
I will dare to shine a light
In the darkest corner of my soul
Before my heart gets too cold
What lucky chance, what twist of fate
Has brought me to these thoughts of late?
I seek the sky, the rocks, the trees
For in these things are gifts indeed
The day I chose to turn and face
The part of me that had no place
At last I’ve set that demon free
There is no one else I’d rather be
I am the wild wind upon the hill
I am the raging river in the dell
I am the eagle in the sky
And my soul is free at last, to fly
